Dwayne serves as the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the future generation. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
